    1. Who exactly do you sell to?
      We are a 'Business to Business' wholesaler and do not sell to the general public. Our valued clients consist of Funeral Service Providers from coast to coast across Canada.

    2. I am NOT a Funeral Service Provider. How can I purchase one of your urns?
      If you are not a Funeral Service Provider and require a cremation urn for a loved one please contact us via email at info@commemorate.ca for a list of Funeral Service Providers in your local area where you can purchase our products directly.

      If you prefer, please feel free to DOWNLOAD our Catalog and bring it to your local Funeral Service Provider and encourage them to purchase your urn of choice from us on your behalf.

      We ship most orders the same day or within 24 hours of your order placement. We offer Purolator Ground service as our standard form of shipping. However, at your request we can ship Purolator Express to serve your needs. We also provide you with tracking information on your shipment so you will know exactly where it is during the shipping process.

    4. What is your Billing Policy?
      All payments are processed at the time of your initial order via credit card, unless you have prior established terms of credit with us. All shipments include an invoice that is clearly marked with such terms and payment is expected within the allotted timeframe.

      We currently accept Cheque, INTERAC e-Transfer, Amex, Visa & MasterCard as forms of payment.

      Our website currently accepts: Amex, Apple Pay, Visa & MasterCard.

    5. What is your Shipping Policy?
      We offer *FREE Canada-Wide Shipping on orders over $300.00 (before taxes, not including Special-Order items). A minimum $30.00 shipping fee will be charged on orders under $300.00

      All orders are shipped via Purolator Ground.

      If you require your shipment sooner, you may request us to ship via Purolator Express for an additional charge.


    6. What is your Return Policy?
      At Commemorate Group Inc. we trust that you are completely satisfied with our products and services.

      We will replace any Urns which contain manufacturer defects or are damaged in transit, upon receiving an accompanying photo of the item. We will not replace items which have acceptable levels of color/texture variations as many products are uniquely hand-made.

      Defective cremation jewelry must be returned to us for a credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry items must be in their original box, with accompanying packaging and accessories to qualify for a return. Please contact us if you have issues with a jewelry screw and we will work to rectify your issue.

      *Please refer to FAQ #7 How to care for Cremation Jewelry prior to inquiring about jewelry returns.

      We will not take back an item (including cremation jewelry) that has come into contact with cremated remains.

      There are NO Refunds on Personalized items.

    7. How do I care for Cremation Jewelry?
      We DO NOT recommend wearing cremation jewelry daily.

      Swimming, bathing, or exercising while wearing jewelry can expose the delicate metals to water, sweat and chlorine which can be damaging. Submerging cremation jewelry in water can introduce humidity inside, potentially disturbing the cremated remains.

      We recommend cleaning your jewelry piece with the cleaning cloth included to remove built-up oils or debris and rejuvenate the lustre of your item. DO NOT use any jewelry soaks/cleaners as this will compromise the cremated remains inside. Store jewelry in Treasure box provided to prevent scratches and preserve plating.

      Chemicals, lotions, and perfumes must not be used on or near your cremation jewelry as this will cause tarnishing or discoloration.

      Sealing the Jewelry Cavity
      Ensure the screw can be inserted all the way into the piece. If not, this means there are too many ashes inside. Please ensure the screw is tightened STRAIGHT into the cavity hole using the provided Allen key only. If it is tilted even slightly it will not insert completely and lay flat.



    8. What is your Privacy Policy?
      At Commemorate Group Inc. we are committed to protecting your privacy.

      When you order online with Commemorate Group Inc. we ask for your name, e-mail address, city, province, postal code, etc. This allows us to process, fill and ship your order and to notify you of your purchase/production status.

      We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the website. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our website, new services we provide, and special offers we think will be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this information, please contact us and request that we discontinue providing you with such information.

      We reserve the right to disclose personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or as required by applicable law.

      Commemorate Group Inc. uses appropriate measures to secure your personal information. A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to your computer to record your identification/preferences. The next time you visit our website, we may use the information stored in the cookie file to facilitate your use of our website and to track usage. For example, we may use the cookie file to store a password so that you do not have to continually input it every time you move to a different section of a password protected portion of our website.
